BLOOMINGDALE, IL – The last week of June presented the Chicago area with some of the most pleasant weather all year, and, for golfers taking part in State Senator Carole Pankau’s annual golf outing, an opportunity to enjoy mild temperatures, good friends, and a round of golf.
Pankau hosted her annual Golf Outing at the Bloomingdale Country Club. Over 100 golfers took part in the ‘Best Ball’ scramble, while an additional 60 local families joined Senator Pankau and her golfers for dinner.
“This was certainly one of my best, if not the best, golf outing I have ever had,” commented Pankau. “We had perfect weather, all the golfers enjoyed themselves, and we raised a significant amount of money for my campaign committee.”
Pankau, who has represented the Eastern area of DuPage County as State Senator since 2005, is running for election in a new district that encompasses a large portion of her old district. The official announcement of Pankau’s intention to seek election in her new district was made during Dinner at her Golf Outing.
